Afterschool Program

Children in grades 1-12 can enjoy many benefits associated with membership to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Derry.  After school programming operates from 3:00pm until 7:30pm for members in grades 1-5. Members in grades 6-12 can arrive any time after 2:00pm and may remain at the Club until 9:00PM.  The after school drop-in program takes place every day that Derry schools are in session unless otherwise noted.  All participants are required to have a valid membership to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Derry.

*The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Derry follows the Derry School District Calendar and will operate accordingly.

*Hours differ on School Vacations, select Holidays, Teacher Workshops, and Early Release Days –  see our calendar  for details.

Every day, members are offered age-appropriate activities in our core program areas. We attempt to engage young people in activities with peers, adults, and family members that enable them to develop self-esteem, helping them to grow and reach their full potential – helping them to be great!
