Afterschool Program
After School Program 2024-2025
The after-school program begins the first day of school, August 27th, 2024.
After-School Program hours of operation are from 2:00pm to 7:30pm.
The Club will be open on all Derry early release days 9/25,10/23, 12/11, 2/11, 3/11, 5/20.. Pickup will be 11:45 for middle school and 1pm for elementary.
The Club will be open on all Chester early release days 9/13, 10/11, 1/17, 2/7, 5/23. Pickup will be at 12:30pm.
Cost: $40.00 a week
Must be 6 years old to attend and in first grade.

Snow Days/No school days:
There are a few days when the Club is open because of no school: Anyone that is not signed up for afterschool can still attend the Club on those days. Please click on the find out more button to go to the calendar to see the listed days open/closed. Payments for those days should be made in advance ($8 for each day) by letting Kim know via email that you would like your child to be signed up.
Sometimes we are open on snow days (depending on the severity of the storm), the cost is $8.00 for the day and payable on that day. The credit card on file will be charged that morning if your child attends. Members who have already paid for the After-School Program that week, may attend on days off/snow days at no additional cost.
